Writing a Second Reflection For My MST

My event is how to deal with slow learners students in the class, I choose this event because I saw my teacher uses a lot of strategies for different students who have different abilities of learning. So my teacher doesn’t really use a strategy for these type of students because it’s going to take a lot of time to teach them in person.
Describe
 I chose this event because when I taught the children about performing art in the first time I notice that these children need to be involve as well because they need to have fun as well, so I gave them something simple to do on the carpet which is letting them to hold trees and dancing a bit with the song and observing other students.

Analyze
After all I notice that they really enjoy it pretty well and they were having fun. These students they don’t Have anything wrong, all they need is some support from teachers and parents and little bit of help after that they will be good students like any normal students.
Appraise
As a teacher I have to be patient and well organized and take a lot of experiences from my mentor. And need more strategies to deal with different abilities in the class.  
Transform
As a teacher I have to be more patient and wiser to deal with these students in general, have a lot of experience to deal different students and help them as much I can that’s what teachers do.

Writing a Reflection For My MCT

My event is about controlling the students, and time management I choose this event because I faced some problems and some difficulties to teach them after the break.

Describe
 I chose this event because when I taught the children about Retell a story – beginning, middle, ending. In this lesson i had to put the video in the beginning of the lesson because its their first time to learn this lesson with me , they didn't had it before with my MST and its was so stressful for and for the children because its was new and they have to take time to learn about this lesson. And i faced a lot in the carpet i repeated the video twice because they didn't had this story before, then i make them to the groups of two and they have the sequence of the story as a pictures and they have to organize it from first to end and the first group will wins and they will have a stickers, but the problem is that they didn't understand it pretty well, and i spent a lot of time in the carpet instead of the centers.

Analyze
after all I notice that they didn’t understand the activities or they didn’t understand the whole lesson  what’s talking about because it was new for them and its seems its difficult to learn in the first day.
Appraise
As a teacher I have to be patient and well organized and take a lot of experiences from my mentor. And need more strategies to learn how to control the students and organize my time during the lesson.
Transform
To be a good teacher I have to get a good effective strategies by asking someone who’s professional, watching YouTube channel about teaching in general.

Writing First Reflection For My MCT

Writing a Reflection For My MCT

My event is about how to control the students and manage them in the class while they are in the carpet or in their centers. I choose this event because I faced some difficulties to manage them and control them because it was my first time to teach them and they barely know me. 

Describe
 I chose this event because when I taught the children about more and less and I give them simple activates, like letting them to count themselves and playing with careful balls and see which one is more and which one is less. While I’m giving them these activities I notice that the children were talking and playing with the balls, and laughing at the same time. From this point I notice that I don’t skills to manage the children.

Analyze
I was thinking why they are doing this, after all I notice that they maybe didn’t understand the activities or they didn’t understand the whole lesson what’s talking about., maybe I was speaking too fast or I was speaking with difficult vocab.
Appraise
After all I have to develop myself to be a professional teacher, I have to use good and unique strategies to control them. And I hope I can control them as much as I can and that what I’ll do exactly in my next lesson.
Transform

My First Reflection For My MST

My event is
When my MST were observe me for the first time in KG2 -2
Outcome: Recognize ‘more” “less” and the same in sets of 1-10 objects.

Describe
 I chose this event because I had some problems while I was delivering the class, I had one students who move a lot without controlling and not listening while am teaching the class. 


Analyze

This one student I didn't know why he kept moving and he was so hyper, so after teaching the class, I went to ask my mentor to help to know what's the problem so she told me that this student is special need he had ADHD, that’s means he’s so hyper no one can stop him expect professional teacher who knows to deal with special need.

Appraise
From asking my mentor and knowing about this student little more and in depth what’s the problem.so I found out that I have to let him busy like helping me with some materials, collecting some stuff. That’s will help him to be busy and being active as well.  
Transform

In my next teaching , I have to know each students learning abilities in general, also I need to know how to deal with different kind of special needs students and what's the best ways to deal with them as soon as possible .

Writing a Reflection

My event is
When my MCT came to observed me and I had one problem.
Describe
 I choosed this event because I had some problems while I was delivering the class , I had one student who was moving a lot , playing around th class and I couldn't stop him i tried but I couldn't because I was teaching a whole class while I was observed. 


Analyze

This one student I didn't know why he kept moving and he was so hyper , so after teaching the class, I went to ask my mentor to help to know what's the problem so she told me that this student is special need , he's the smartest one in the class, he know the whole words in English and Arabic , he's so good at math , but the only problem he have that he's so hyper and he can't stand still , my mentor told me that I have to make him busy , let him be the little teacher that's could help me to focus what I'm going to teach.

Appraise
From asking and knowing what's going on with this specific student and understand what's the problem with this little kid he really good at everything but the only problems he have that he's so hyper and he can't speak that much just one or two words and that's it in English and Arabic, I have to let him busy while I'm teaching that's will help him to be calm and moving while he's helping me , and I know that if I argue with him and if I don't let him to have what he wants he's going to cry, yell , slapping his face with his hands, slapping also in the door and to the floor.
Transform

In my next teaching , I have to know each students learning abilities in general, also I need to know how to deal with different kind of special needs students and what's the best ways to deal with them as soon as possible because I only staying their for whole month.
