Observation Tasks 5 and 6 ( After The Observation)

1.  How many different activities did the learner do?

 2.  How did s/he interact with the other learners throughout the day?

3.  What was the longest period of time the learner spent focusing on one activity?

4.  What did the learner do during the break times?

5.  What did the learner’s attention span / interest during activities seem like?

6.  What did the learner seem to like doing the most / least during the day?

1)    They have several activities they can do it in the whole week .such a( hpes, civies,art,music,etc.)

2)    She can put their own video song  that they love it and then she can act or dance with the children while she put the song it's so fun for the children.     

  3) There is one activity that the government gives it to the teachers so they have to take once a week. It's called "science discovery "in this activity they can learn by physical that they can learn it so fast and understand it at the same time.                                             

4) In Zaker School I notice that they have two breaks one is for eating food and another for play ground. I think this Idea is great due to if they have one break they will not going to eat, they will focusing for playing ground.     

5) They like some of physical activities they like  doing it  in their self by the their hands such as( art ,clay ,science.                                          

 6) They like doing the verity of activities in the class like what the teacher giving to them they hate sitting and do nothing.

Observation Tasks 5 (Observing The Class For One Hour )

1.                 What do you notice? Who are the students who answer the questions? i Notice that the  children  so active in the class ,there were some children active and want to answer the question such as (Mohammed ahmed,hamdan,Nasser)

                  #Who are the students who are quiet? hamed, Mohammed khaled,ahmed rashed,salama,meera,hind)

               # Who are the students who are not focused?saif,mariam,muhra)

2.     Are there learners who finish activities quickly?  What do they do when they have finished? Yes, most of them are finish they kept playing their own activities that that already play it or the exchange activities with other children.

3.     Are there learners who do not finish a task(s)?  How does the teacher deal with them? 
Yes there are most of them they don’t hear what the teacher saying to them or they ignoring her so the teacher say to the one who don’t hear her words the children will have a punishment.

4.Are there any learners with special needs? Yes there are
-What kind of special needs do you think they have? How does the teacher deal with them? 
There a child called ali he have an downsyndrome disease. in the class the teacher can put it with the children but the rest of the children can hurts him and will be a big problems so she decided to put it anywhere where he can enjoy himself by playing.  

5.     How does the teacher manage learners with different levels/abilities?

The teacher will separate them to a groups who is having a great ability/medium/low.

in 12th November in the morning they had Congratulate the whole cleaners by the children giving them some beautiful flowers due to all the care for the whole children and doing their jobs so successfully.

Today was so great due to in the morning they had Congratulated some students in different class also in my class they Congratulates the children because they had a great behavior in last 2 weeks.

In 13th of  November the student in my  mentor class they have some kind of Celebration about our National Holiday. to each kid they had wear great beautiful dresses like(Kndorh  for
boys and for girls dress with our flag in it so its really interesting. and the the 2 teachers take the children to make a like our culture dance put some music, also the children had eat  so they really had fun in to do in this day i really enjoy it.

When i start observation with my mentor teacher and i have to see what she is doing  in each day.I have been in the school approximately 3-4 days and i notice some good useful for learners such as they have all materials for each areas science,art,clay, reading areas also for numeracy and literacy.They are well organize about their daily planning to each teacher, discuss two of them some new opinion/ideas.I think the class that i attend to is well organized some great ideas for learners to learn faster and easily also they have such and an great environment  for example colors, different kinds of animals in the wall, also some Pictures

 about the children in the classroom, happy faces, words in English and Arabic they help them to remember the words while they practicing,or  if they have a free time.and make them so happy when they come into the class when they some words in English or Arabic.
