Writing a Reflection

Select My event is When my MCT came to observed me and I had one problem.

Describe  I choosed this event because I had some problems while I was delivering the class , I had one student who was moving a lot , playing around th class and I couldn't stop him i tried but I couldn't because I was teaching a whole class while I was observed.

Analyze This one student I didn't know why he kept moving and he was so hyper , so after teaching the class, I went to ask my mentor to help to know what's the problem so she told me that this student is special need , he's the smartest one in the class, he know the whole words in English and Arabic , he's so good at math , but the only problem he have that he's so hyper and he can't stand still , my mentor told me that I have to make him busy , let him be the little teacher that's could help me to focus what I'm going to teach.

Appraise From asking and knowing what's going on with this specific student and understand what's the problem with this little kid he really good at everything but the only problems he have that he's so hyper and he can't speak that much just one or two words and that's it in English and Arabic, I have to let him busy while I'm teaching that's will help him to be calm and moving while he's helping me , and I know that if I argue with him and if I don't let him to have what he wants he's going to cry, yell , slapping his face with his hands, slapping also in the door and to the floor.

Transform In my next teaching , I have to know each students learning abilities in general, also I need to know how to deal with different kind of special needs students and what's the best ways to deal with them as soon as possible because I only staying their for whole month.

For each class and each teacher has different planning but in my Mentor class had  a common  with other KG 1 teachers so they have the same plan for each week .so  for each  day they have a great plan for example every Mon-Tues  all of the teacher have a meeting for KG I with all the teacher and KG 2 for all teacher who teach KG 1 and KG 2 . So for each day so they can know what they will do in the rest of the day . In my class the teacher her planning in the top .boxes that the children can't Vandalism it I feel that they have a great positive learning in the class and they have different kind of activities so learn that the planning it's so important for the teachers and for the children .

Moving the children for an activity. What does she say? do?	she put some simple ringtone which is called (busmallah)when they hearing the sound they will  going to the centers by line  .

What was the learner doing?	they were playing a verity of activities and movement from table to another table
What did the teacher say? do?	the teacher give for the naughty children three Warning if he/she didn't listing for the fourth time he will sit alone for 5 minutes
How did the child respond:	he/she listen to the teacher and site alone in the back of the class for 5 minutes
How does the teacher stop the children at the end of an activity? What does she say? do?	the  teacher say  to the children clean up,clean up and the children will clean everything  what they had played.

Final day with my great mentor and sweet children i really going to miss them i won't forgotten the two weeks i had been with them its was the best two weeks ever i wish them to have a great live and best for their works:)kisses
